1. Scope

These terms apply to PriceInfo websites, applications, APIs, merchant tools, public comparison pages, product pages, contact forms, review forms, and any related services. By using PriceInfo, you agree to these terms. Additional service-specific terms may apply to merchant accounts, API access, feeds, advertising, or other future services.

2. Informational data only

PriceInfo may display information obtained from merchants, product databases, catalog providers, public sources, crawler review workflows, users, or other third parties. The data may be incomplete, delayed, incorrect, duplicated, automatically processed, translated, normalized, or awaiting review.

PriceInfo does not guarantee that any product description, specification, image, identifier, price, delivery term, rating, stock status, merchant link, or comparison result is accurate, complete, current, suitable for a specific purpose, or available at the time of purchase.

3. No sales contract with PriceInfo

PriceInfo is not a seller, reseller, broker, marketplace operator, payment processor, delivery provider, warranty provider, or party to any purchase contract between a user and a merchant. Any purchase is made directly between the user and the merchant under the merchant's own terms and policies.

PriceInfo is not responsible for merchant websites, payment risks, order handling, delivery, refunds, product quality, product safety, warranty claims, taxes, customs, customer support, or disputes between users and merchants.

4. Merchant and third-party information

Merchant offers and product data may be supplied through feeds, APIs, CMS modules, product catalogs, public pages, or other technical integrations. Merchants and third-party providers remain responsible for the accuracy and legality of the information they provide.

PriceInfo may remove, hide, de-index, correct, merge, reject, or review any product, offer, merchant, source, review, image, or page without notice if quality, safety, legal, spam, duplicate, abuse, or operational checks require it.

5. User contributions and reviews

Users may be able to submit reviews, corrections, contact messages, or other content. PriceInfo may moderate, reject, edit for formatting, hide, or remove user-submitted content. Submitting content gives PriceInfo a non-exclusive right to use that content for operating, improving, moderating, and displaying the service.

Users must not submit unlawful, misleading, defamatory, abusive, spam, copied, confidential, private, or rights-infringing content.

6. Permitted use

PriceInfo may be used for normal product search, price comparison, and merchant discovery. Scraping, automated extraction, copying large parts of the database, reverse engineering, bypassing limits, abusing APIs, or republishing PriceInfo content without written permission is prohibited unless explicitly allowed by law or a written agreement.

7. Liability limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PriceInfo is not liable for losses, damages, costs, missed savings, purchase decisions, incorrect data, unavailable merchant offers, technical interruptions, third-party content, crawler or import errors, or reliance on information displayed by the service.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory liability for intentional misconduct where applicable.

8. Intellectual property

PriceInfo, the platform design, database structure, generated pages, code, and editorial content are protected by intellectual property and database rights where applicable. Product names, brand names, logos, images, and trademarks belong to their respective owners and may be shown only for product identification and comparison.

9. Changes

PriceInfo may update these terms as the service develops. The latest published version applies from the date shown on this page.
